Immigration Medical

 

Dr. Andrawis and Dr. Gabra are designated Civil Surgeons for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security; U.S Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS and often called INS).

 

By this designation, they are authorized to perform medical examinations and give necessary immunizations for aliens applying for Permanent Resident Status (Green Card) as well as the benefits defined under the Immigration and Nationality Act.

 

The process includes:

• Physical examination

• Blood test

• Skin test for tuberculosis

• Necessary immunizations

 

Please note that a Government issued ID is required for all USCIS applicants!

 

After the above requirements are fulfilled, the required USCIS forms are filled out by the doctor and handed to the applicant in a sealed envelope to submit to the USCIS.

 

The whole process usually can be completed within 3 days.
